Kaera is the newest member of the Churchich Recreation team, bringing with her a strong background in sales, operations and team management. A graduate of Clemson University, Kaera is known for her ability to build lasting relationships, streamline internal processes, and support overall business growth. Her attention to detail, organizational skills and team-focused mindset makes her a great fit for the Churchich team.

Outside of work, she enjoys playing pickleball and golf, as well as traveling. Kaera and her fiancé, EJ, are currently planning their wedding, coming up in February 2026.
