Kaera is the newest member of the Churchich Recreation team, bringing with her a strong background in sales, operations and team management. A graduate of Clemson University, Kaera is known for her ability to build lasting relationships, streamline internal processes, and support overall business growth. She is CPSI-certified, and her attention to detail, organizational skills and team-focused mindset makes her a great fit for the Churchich team.

Outside of work, she enjoys playing pickleball and golf, as well as traveling. Kaera and husband EJ Churchich were married in February 2026.
