Emmens Preserve

Emmens Preserve highlights the late Colonel Robert G. Emmens, a World War II hero and Myrtle Beach resident instrumental in the development of the Myrtle Beach Air Force Base. Lennar, the developer of the new community, created a place to gather with two outdoor kitchens, two fire pits, a Boche ball court, a putting green and restrooms. The outdoor facilities – a lake and walking trail – share the same amenities and technologies for concerts and outdoor entertainment. The space features Urbanscape benches, tables and chairs, Wabash Valley swing benches, Murdock rustproof Stainless steel fountains and Madrax bike racks.

A forthcoming Phase 2 development will include an amenity center with a pool featuring Vortex water features, Urbanscape and Murdock fountains.
